Renewed for 2023:

• The Foundation’s Physicians of Tomorrow Scholarship Program general category, again, includes an opportunity for four medical students interested in sleep medicine through the continued generosity of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Foundation (AASMF).
• A medical student with an interest in pursuing a career in psychiatry will also benefit this year from the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and the American Psychiatric Association Foundation with their sustained funding to the Physicians of Tomorrow Scholarship Program general category.

The AMA Foundation’s Roundtable brings together companies and other entities who share a commitment to public health in the United States. Roundtable meetings are tailored to timely and pertinent topics of interest to its members and provide a forum for focused dialogue on current issues related to the business and practice of medicine and the betterment of patient care.

During the AMA House of Delegates Meetings and the National Advocacy Conference, Roundtable members are additionally provided opportunities to gain important insights, interact with medical leadership and participate in discussions on critical issues in healthcare.

Through their participation, our Roundtable members stay informed and are part of the conversation about the latest Foundation updates and developments while also supporting programs that effect enduring positive change in communities throughout the country. We greatly appreciate their sustained support of – and interest in – the mission of the Foundation. Together we are and will continue to make a difference, and we welcome other like-minded organizations committed to addressing health equity and improving public health to be a part of this program.
