Lisa Bohman Egbert, MD

Dr. Lisa Egbert is speaker of the AMA House of Delegates, elected in 2023. She has held leadership roles across the AMA, including vice speaker and AMA Board of Trustees member. Dr. Egbert is a past president of the Ohio State Medical Association and the Montgomery County Medical Association. She ran a solo OB/GYN practice for over 27 years. A passionate advocate for physicians, she speaks nationally on Medicare reform. She is married to Dr. Brad Egbert, and they have three children.
